Center of DEU is a structural subdivision of the Academy, the purpose of whcin is uniting the forms of Academy works of different cathegories of citizens into single pre-higher education institutional, higher educational institutional training into the Network of non-stop vocational education
To meet the requirements and needs of the citizens and different institutions the Center organizes on the basis of agreement different forms of training, attracting high qualifuied specialists from teaching professor staff of the Academy
Center DEU ДОУ works on the following directions:
-preparation courses;
-centralized testing;
- organization of the admission commission work;
- getting higher professional education through short term advanced curricular;
- additional vocational education (enhance of qualification, taking a special course, professional re-training, different short term courses).
CENTRALIZED TESTING
East Siberian State Academy of Culture and Arts is regional representation of Federal Center of Testing which has the right to organize and do central testing of graduates according to the Rules vworked out by the Center of testing of RF.
Centralized testing – chech of knowledge, possibility if there are high points of admission to the high educational institutions without exams (applicant testing). If asked the tested person can produce his certificate of the test with the defendence of school graduate exam marks (total testing).
Central testing assesses the level of training of students on 100 point scale considering difficulties and length with differentiating strength of the tasks done true and false .
Testing is offered as additional educational charged service (independent and objective assessment of knowledge) and has a very voluntary character.
If you want to participate in the testing
You should settle with the subjects you need to enter the higher educational institution.
To get a seat ticket beforehand in which subject, place, time of testing and rules of training and participation in Centralized testing.
To get acquainted with the tests of the past years, edited and distributed by the Center of Testing as selections on different subjects.
To come to the point of testing on the day and time in the seat ticket, you must have:
- seat ticket (filled in and registered);
- document, proving your personality (passport);
- helium pen in black ink.

GETTING HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION ON SHORT TERM ADVANCED CURRICULAR
Center of additional educational services (CAES) is a structural subdivision of the Academy and works according to the licence of Academy serie А №161080 from 23.07.2004 г. and certificates of state accreditation №1663 from 28.10.2004 г.
CAES works in different directions, including getting higher professional education on short term advanced curricular by the people with secondary professional education of corresponding profile or higher professional education of different stages.
Duration of studies is 3,5 years at the correspondence department in specially formed groups on the specialities:

Students of higher educational institutions, who study at the full time department, after the 3-rd year can study at the correspondence department to get second higher education in short term advanced form.
Students, who successfully graduated, are to be awarded on diplomas of higher professional education of East Siberian State Academy of Culture and Arts.
Applicants to ESSACA produce:
- Document of education of state sample with attached leaf in the original and their copies, notarized .
- 4 photos 3х4 см
- Copy of labor card (for the working)
- Copy of marriage certificate (for them who are married and changed their surnames)
- Copy of passport

Tuition is to be paid every term, by transfer.
ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Professional re-training (on the basis of higher education)
More than 500 hours, with leave from work from 3 to 6 months, without leave from work – 1,5 years. On graduation awarded on diploma of state sample on professional re-training
- Manager of tourism
Duration of studies 1,5 years (3 terms).
- Pedagogist of theatre
Duration of tuition 1,5 years (3 Terms).
Enhancing of qualification (special course)
from 180 to 500 hours, with leave from work from 3 to 6 weeks, without leave from work up to 6 months. Certificate giving right to enhance qualification of Traditional network is awarded on.
Courses of enhancing of qualification give specialists a chance to enhance their qualifications and learn new principles and methods of management in their sphere, and non specialists - to get a new perspective qualification, knowledge and qualification to meet the needs of professional tasks for personal growth.
Enhancing of qualification (special course) is considered on the applications of enterprises, organizations, indibviduals in the framework of the specialities of the higher educational institution. The tuition fees are considered individually.
