27 April 2007 Regional scientific practical conference Problem of state regulation and management of objects of historical and cultural heredity of Baikal region.

The following problems are to be discussed:

- Public policy in thr sphere of preservation and socially significant use of historical and cultural heredity. Strategic mechanisms to realize state policy in the sphere of protection of the objects of historical and cultural heredity of Baikal region. Strtegic directions and mecanisms to realize state policy in the sphere of protection of objects of historical and cultural heredity of Baikal region. Real condition and perfection of normative legal basis of preservation of historical and cultural heredity of Baikal region.

- perfection of economical mechanisms of management, use of historical and cultural heredity and development of cultural informative and museum tourism. Organization of marketing researches in the sphere of protection of objects of historical and cultural heredity. Financing and investing of the objects of historical and cultural heredity and programs of development of cultural informative and museum tourism.

- Problems of preservation and broadcasing of monuments of historical and cultural heredity of Baikal region. Monuments of historical and cultural heredity as objects of demonstration of cultural tourism.

- Problems of training staff and educational programs in the sphere of protection of objects of historical and cultural heredity.

Public services of state policy in the sphere of preservation of historical and cultural heredity, higher and secondary professional institutions training specialists in the sphere of protection of objects of historical and cultural heredity; museums and other institutions, directly involved into preservation, broadcasting of historical and cultural heredity, development of cultural informative and museum tourism, society organizations involved into development and realization of programs and projects in the sphere of preservation of historical and cultural heredity and other institutions of culture, art interested in popularization of historical and cultural heredity, working in this sphere directly or indirectly, as well as individuals, any other institutions and organizations, as well as people interested problems of the coference are invited.

To include report into the program of the conference it is necessary till March 19 2007 г. to submit all the application for participation. Selection is to be published on the amterials of the conference.
