In June 25-26 2009 traditional International symposium “Cultural space of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia: system and synergetic approach”is to be held.

The main directions of the symposium:

• Science about culture and theoretically- methodical problems of the research of cultural space;
• Modern processes in the culture of Russia and Mongolia in the context of globalization;
• Eastern Siberia and Mongolia – space of the cultural diversity and tolerance;
• Traditional values and innovations in the cultural life of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• Folk art and professional art in the cultural life of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia in the context of cultural unification;
• Innovation processes in the museum, library and club work of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• Recreation, cultural service and tourism in Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• Information technologies and formation of the cultural space of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• Cultural resource as an important factor for the development of the economy of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• Conception of the formation and realization of stable development of cultural space of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia;
• • Perspectives of the development of the cultural space of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia. Extension of the thematic of the international symposium is possible.

The working languages: Russian, Buryat, Mongolian, English, Korean.

The reports can be illustrated with the audio and video materials, slides and etc.

The organization fee of the foreigners is 50 USD for a publication.

In order to participate in the symposium, it is necessary to send the items described below to the deadline May 1 2009 to the address of the committee:

1. Text of the report in printed electronic variant: format Word, font Times New Roman, pt 14, interline interval 1,5, all the margins 2,5cm. The volume of the report is no more than 10 pages. At the end of the report it is necessary to introduce resume no less than 7 lines. The headline: pt 14, capital letters, font Arial, semi-dark, centered. Put the first name, patronymic and last names in italics in the left hand corner, in the right hand corner – country, city, place of work. The lists of literature used are to be completed according to GOST 7.05-2008. When you mention a document in the text, use its number from the literature list [21] or the number and the page you want to refer to in the square brackets [21, p.186]
